By placing an order with Served Foods, you agree to the following:
All products are frozen food items prepared fresh and vacuum-sealed. Orders require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. Once placed, orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery window.
We deliver within El Paso, TX only. Standard delivery days are Sunday and Monday, with occasional exceptions. Delivery windows are selected at checkout between 8am and 6pm. We do our best to deliver within your selected window, but times may vary.
A delivery fee may apply depending on your order and location. Final cost is confirmed at checkout before payment.
If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at servedfoods@gmail.com with a photo of the product.
Served Foods reserves the right to update pricing, menu items, and delivery availability at any time.
