Refunds & Returns — Served Foods

All Served Foods products are perishable frozen food items. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.

If there is an issue with your order:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at servedfoods@gmail.com with a photo of the product. If your order arrived damaged, was missing items, or had a quality issue, we will make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.

Order cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before your scheduled delivery window. After that, we are unable to cancel as production has already begun.

Refund processing:

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
